The National Weather Service in Charleston has issued a

* Tornado Warning for portions of...
  Liberty County in southeastern Georgia...
  McIntosh County in southeastern Georgia...

* Until 345 PM EDT

* At 306 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 8 miles southeast of Gardi, moving east at 55 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and ping pong ball size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Darien, Harris Neck, St. Catherines Island, Eulonia, Valona, Cox,
  Meridian and Townsend.

This warning includes I-95 in Georgia between mile markers 48 and 66.


TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter
and protect yourself from flying debris.
