A flood warning continues for
  Saginaw River at Saginaw.
* From now until further notice.
* At 4 AM Thursday the stage is 17.3 feet and steady.
* Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring.
* Forecast...the river should fall below flood stage early Saturday
morning.
* Forecast...the river crested at 17.3 feet at 3 AM Thursday
  and should fall below flood stage early Saturday morning.
