Open Lake Forecast for Lake Superior

For waters beyond 5 nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior.

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.6 inch low centered over the southern portion of
Lake Michigan will begin to slowly turn southeast and reach the
Ohio River Valley by Sunday morning, weakening to 29.8 inches.
Look for a 30.1 inch ridge to move into the Upper Great Lakes
Sunday evening, weakening to 30.0 inches through Monday as a 29.9
inch low gradually moves over northern Ontario into Tuesday.
Meanwhile, a 30.1 inch ridging will sit over the Upper Mississippi
Valley Tuesday and Wednesday.
