...Frost/Freeze season initiating early for portions of New
Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware...

Due to warm weather over the past month, vegetative growth has
gotten off to a fast start despite the cold winter preceeding it.
Therefore, the National Weather Service will initiate frost/freeze
watches, warnings and advisories a bit earlier than normal
(essentially starting today, as needed) for the following
counties:

In New Jersey...
Atlantic
Burlington
Camden
Cape May
Cumberland
Gloucester
Mercer
Monmouth
Ocean
Salem

In Pennsylvania...
Berks
Lower Bucks
Chester
Delaware
Montgomery
Philadelphia

In Delaware...
New Castle

The normal date for the initiation of frost/freeze watches,
warnings and advisories in these areas is April 11th.
