.SYNOPSIS FOR PUERTO RICO AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS WATERS...
A moderate east to southeast wind flow will prevail across the
local waters tonight, becoming more easterly and increasing moderate
to fresh tomorrow. The rest of the week expect a dominant southerly
to southeasterly component. A wetter pattern is anticipated by
Sunday through at least mid-week as a tropical wave will approach
the region from the southeast increasing moisture, seas, and winds.
