Seas 1 foot or less, building to 1 to  2 ft.  TONIGHT  S winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt. Seas 2 to  4 ft, building to 4 to 7 ft after midnight. Rain. Areas of fog  after midnight. Vsby 1 to 3 NM, decreasing to 1 NM or less after  midnight.  FRI  SW winds 20 to 25 kt, diminishing to 15 to 20 kt in the  afternoon. Gusts to 30 kt. Seas 4 to 7 ft. A chance of rain in  the morning, then a chance of showers in the afternoon. Areas of  fog. Vsby 1 NM or less.  FRI NIGHT  SW winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt. Seas  4 to 6 ft. Rain.
