A chance of snow in the evening, then snow and rain after  midnight. Vsby 1 to 3 NM, decreasing to variable to less than one  quarter NM after midnight.  THU  SE winds 5 to 15 kt, becoming W 10 to 15 kt in the afternoon.  Seas 3 to 5 ft. Rain likely in the morning with vsby 1 to 3 NM.  THU NIGHT  W winds 15 to 20 kt, becoming NW 10 to 20 kt after  midnight. Gusts up to 30 kt.
