EVENING...

* WHAT...North winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas
  6 to 9 ft at 9 seconds.

* WHERE...South of Bandon between 5 nm and 50 nm from shore
  through Wednesday night, then all areas.

* WHEN...From 5 PM Wednesday to 11 PM PDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds and/or steep seas could capsize or
  damage smaller vessels.
