Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected over the area. Widespread rain totals of 2 to 4 inches are expected, however, isolated locations could receive as much as 6 to 8 inches.
