This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for south central Arkansas,
southwest Arkansas, north central Louisiana, northwest Louisiana,
southeast Oklahoma and northeast Texas.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

Scattered thunderstorms are possible this afternoon through this
evening mainly across Southeast Oklahoma, all of East Texas, and much
of Louisiana. Most of the storms will pose a threat for gusty winds
and heavy downpours. A couple of severe storms cannot be ruled out.
Damaging winds and large hail should be the primary threats with any
thunderstorms that become severe.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms will persist during
the latter half of the weekend and into early next week. Although
thunderstorm chances continue later in the week, a gradual decrease
in activity is expected due to an upper-level ridge expanding into
the region from the southwest. Therefore, no organized threat of
hazardous weather is expected.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation may be needed this afternoon and into this
evening.
