THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR EAST CENTRAL FLORIDA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

.EXCESSIVE HEAT IMPACT...
Heat will continue to be a concern across east central Florida,
as temperatures this afternoon climb into the low 90s along the
coast and into the mid to upper 90s across the interior west of
I-95. Peak heat indices across the interior will reach 100 to 105
today, so be sure to take frequent breaks in the shade or in an
air conditioned building if spending extended periods of time
outdoors and also stay well hydrated.

.RIP CURRENT IMPACT...
A Moderate Risk of rip currents will exist at all east central
Florida beaches today. Be sure to swim near a lifeguard and never
enter the ocean alone.

.FIRE WEATHER IMPACT...
Minimum RH values will remain in the 35 to 45 percent range
across the interior west of I-95 due to warm temperatures today.
Winds are forecast to remain below 15 mph, with the east coast sea
breeze making west-southwest winds become east-southeast.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY.
A limited to elevated risk for excessive heat continues into the
beginning of this week as temperatures climb into the 90s with
peak heat indices reaching 100 to 107 degrees.

At least a Moderate risk for dangerous rip currents will exist at
all central Florida Atlantic beaches through the beginning of the
week.

A weak frontal boundary is forecast to approach the Florida
peninsula on Tuesday, with increasing moisture leading to a return
of rain and storm chances. Diurnal convection development will
then continue through the remainder of the week.

Sensitive fire weather conditions will continue across the
interior through the middle of the week due to warm temperatures
and near-critical minimum RH values.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
Spotter activation will not be needed today and tonight.
