...Isolated Thunderstorms Southwest Florida This Afternoon...

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Atlantic coastal waters,
southeast Florida, southern Florida, southwest Florida and Gulf of
Mexico.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Thunderstorms: Isolated thunderstorms will be possible this
afternoon with the highest chances remaining over Southwest
Florida. The strongest storms could contain gusty winds and heavy
downpours.

Rip Currents: There is a moderate risk of rip currents across the
Palm Beaches.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Isolated thunderstorms will be possible each afternoon through the
upcoming weekend and into next week. The strongest storms could
contain heavy downpours and gusty winds.

Heat Indices of 100 degrees and above are possible this weekend and
into the early portion of next week. Peak heat indices in excess of
105 degrees will be possible during the early to middle portion of
next week especially across the interior sections.

An elevated risk of rip currents will continue across the Palm
Beaches through the end of the week and into the first part of the
upcoming weekend.
