The main threat this morning will be large hail and locally strong winds. There will be another chance for strong to severe storms this afternoon and early evening, but these will be more isolated in nature. There is a Marginal to Slight risk of severe storms in our area, with the highest potential over west-central Illinois. All hazards are possible with the afternoon and evening storms. Area rivers are experiencing flooding.
