  Limited Fog Risk early this morning near the Illinois Wisconsin
  border.

DISCUSSION...

Areas of fog are possible early this morning across far northern
Illinois, mainly near the Wisconsin border. Widespread dense fog
is not expected, and any fog will burn off within a couple of
hours after sunrise.
