Locally heavy rainfall totals of 3 to 4 inches may pose a risk for flash flooding, especially for areas east of Highway 65. Fog is expected to develop tonight into Saturday morning and may become dense mainly along and west of Highway 65. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.
