Scattered thunderstorms will be possible tonight and into early Sunday mainly across Louisiana. The strongest storms could produce gusty winds and heavy downpours. Additional severe weather is not anticipated through the rest of tonight. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday. Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms will persist during the latter half of the weekend and into early next week. Although thunderstorm chances continue later in the week, a gradual decrease in activity is expected due to an upper-level ridge expanding into the region from the southwest.
