Heavy rainfall could result in scattered instances of flash flooding, especially in the higher terrain. An isolated tornado is possible through the early evening, especially across central Virginia. A Wind Advisory is in effect from noon to 11 PM today for the Blue Ridge Mountains as well as higher elevations of Augusta County.
