This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of eastern West
Virginia, northern and central Virginia, and central and western
Maryland.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

A Flood Watch remains in effect through 8 PM this evening for
Augusta, Nelson, Albemarle, Greene, Madison, Rockingham, and
Rappahannock Counties. Heavy rainfall could result in scattered
instances of flash flooding, especially in the higher terrain.

An isolated tornado is possible through the early evening,
especially across central Virginia.

A Wind Advisory is in effect from noon to 11 PM today for the
Blue Ridge Mountains as well as higher elevations of Augusta
County. East to southeast wind gusts around 50 mph are expected
for elevations above 2,500 feet.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.
