Some of these storms Sunday afternoon and evening could become strong to severe, with the best severe potential in north-central and most of northeast Minnesota. There is also a potential for heavy rain and possibly some minor flooding from late Sunday into early Monday. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
