Southeast winds remain breezy overnight with gusts 25-30 mph. Strongest gusts will be over central South Dakota, moving east as the night continues. Shower and storm chances return late tonight. While we are not expecting severe weather, some thunder is possible. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday. Winds become more southerly and remain breezy with gusts up to 30 mph for Thursday. Winds decrease late Thursday afternoon. There is a high chance (> 70%) for showers and thunderstorms early Thursday morning through Friday. Isolated strong to severe storms are possible, but risk is low. Locally heavy rainfall is also possible, and a few locations could receive over one inch of rain. Periodic moderate chances for showers and storms return Saturday into early next week.
