  formation.

* WHERE...In Maine, Central Somerset, Northern Franklin, and
  Northern Oxford Counties. In New Hampshire, Northern Coos,
  Northern Grafton, and Southern Coos Counties.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 8 AM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
