Severe thunderstorms will continue to be this evening across central into eastern Oklahoma. The strongest storms will be capable of producing hail to the size of baseballs, damaging wind gusts of up to 80 mph and tornadoes. Most of the severe weather is expected to move east of the area by midnight. .SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT STATEMENT... In northern Oklahoma, Garfield and Noble. * WHEN...Until 1130 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 817 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area.
