DISCUSSION...
Northerly winds are forecast to gust to around 35 mph across western
Arkansas and far eastern Oklahoma this afternoon. Winds are expected
to diminish some after sunset.

SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...No Hazards.

EXTENDED DISCUSSION...
Upper level high pressure will dominate over the Southern Plains
this weekend and into next week, keeping tranquil weather
conditions across the region. A weak and dry cold front is
forecast to move through the area on Tuesday, cooling temperatures
off slightly through Wednesday. Hazardous weather is not
expected.
