This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of west central
Texas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

Strong to severe thunderstorms will again be possible across
portions of West Central Texas this afternoon and early evening.
The most favored area for severe storms will be north of a line
from Big Lake to San Saba. Any storms that develop will be
capable of very large hail, damaging winds and tornadoes.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

Hot temperatures at or above 100 degrees are possible on Monday
with high humidity. These conditions could result in heat indices
around 105 degrees, which would lead to heat-related illnesses.

Chances for thunderstorms return on Tuesday and will continue
through Friday. Large hail, damaging winds, and lightning are will
be the main concerns with this activity.

Spotter activation will likely be needed this afternoon and evening.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 430 AM CDT
FOR EAST CENTRAL TOM GREEN AND SOUTHWESTERN CONCHO COUNTIES...

At 415 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Vick, or 9
miles southeast of Vancourt, moving east at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Half dollar size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Damage to vehicles is expected.

This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of east
central Tom Green and southwestern Concho Counties, including the
following locations... Vick.

The National Weather Service in San Angelo has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southwestern Coke County in west central Texas...
  Northeastern Irion County in west central Texas...
  Northeastern Tom Green County in west central Texas...

* Until 600 AM CDT.

* At 246 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain
  have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
  to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Northeastern San Angelo, Grape Creek, Carlsbad, Water Valley,
  Orient, Harriet and Us-87 Near The Coke-Tom Green County Line.

This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
FM 1692 crossing Sales Branch, Hall crossing Dry Creek, Post Oak
crossing North Concho River, March crossing East Fork Grape Creek,
