This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of west central
Texas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Isolated severe thunderstorms are expected to develop mainly
along and east of the dryline this afternoon and evening. The main
severe weather hazards with severe thunderstorms will be large
hail and damaging winds. Isolated tornadoes are also possible
especially across portions of the Big Country. In addition...very
large hail (2 inches or larger) is possible across portions of
Haskell and Throckmorton counties.

Heat index values will approach Heat Advisory criteria across
portions of the northwest Hill Country and the Heartland this
afternoon.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Very warm to hot temperatures will develop across west central
Texas Tuesday and continue on Wednesday. Highs on Tuesday will
range from 98 to 107 and from 94 to 104 on Wednesday. In
addition...heat index values will reach 105 to 110 across portions
of the northwest Hill Country and the Heartland on Tuesday. Heat
advisories will likely be needed for most of west central Texas on
Tuesday except across portions of the Big Country. Heat index
values will range from 100 to 105 across most of west central
Texas on Wednesday and Thursday.
