This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for North and Central Texas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.
Thunderstorms will push through and south of the I-20 corridor this
morning, some of which may be strong to marginally severe.

More storms will develop this evening primarily along and west of
I-35. Some storms may be severe with large hail and damaging winds. A
tornado or two cannot be ruled out. Heavy rain may also cause
flooding in some areas.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.
Periodic chances for showers and thunderstorms will persist Wednesday
through the weekend. Severe weather will be possible at times.
Multiple rounds of heavy rainfall may reinvigorate flooding issues.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
Limited spotter activation may be requested this morning along the
I-20 corridor, and again tonight mainly along and west of I-35.

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Collin County in north central Texas...
  Dallas County in north central Texas...
  Denton County in north central Texas...
  Northwestern Kaufman County in north central Texas...
  Rockwall County in north central Texas...
  Tarrant County in north central Texas...
  Eastern Wise County in north central Texas...

* Until 900 AM CDT.

* At 637 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
  have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are
  possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other
           poor drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, Garland, Irving, Grand
  Prairie, Mesquite, McKinney, Carrollton, Frisco, Denton,
  Richardson, Lewisville, Allen, Flower Mound, Mansfield, Rowlett,
  Euless and Desoto.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
