* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Minor flooding will occur along the creek
through Mansfield, downstream of Joe Pool Lake. By 19 feet, Retta
Road is flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 2:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 19.3 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet.
- Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 7.6 feet early
