...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...

  Angelina River Near Lufkin affecting Nacogdoches, Cherokee and
  Angelina Counties.

For the Angelina River...including Lufkin...Minor flooding is
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Angelina River near Lufkin.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 162.0 feet, Minor lowland to diminish and end on the
  lower Angelina River.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:45 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 161.7 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 158.5 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:45 AM CDT Wednesday was 161.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 161.7
    feet this afternoon. It will then rise to 161.9 feet Monday
    morning. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 161.0 feet.
  - Flood History...No available flood history.

  and Houston Counties.

For the Neches River...including Neches, Diboll...Minor flooding is
forecast.

* WHEN...Until early tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding occurs.  Expect
  flooded boat ramps and trails.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:15 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 12.2 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:15 AM CDT Wednesday was 12.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    this evening and continue falling to 10.7 feet Monday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    12.2 feet on 04/04/2017.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for south central Arkansas,
southwest Arkansas, north central Louisiana, northwest Louisiana,
southeast Oklahoma, east Texas and northeast Texas.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Widespread showers and thunderstorms expected today across the
ArkLaTex. Some strong storms with gusty winds may be possible with
heavy rainfall leading to localized street flooding in some storms.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Periods of showers and thunderstorms will be possible each day through
the end of the workweek into next weekend. A few strong to severe
storms producing localized excessive heavy rainfall may be possible.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
