This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for South-Central Texas..

.DAY ONE...Today And Tonight.

Isolated severe storms are possible across portions of the
northern Hill Country into Central Texas today. Large to very
large hail and damaging wind gusts are the primary threats. An
isolated tornado can`t be ruled out.

Dangerous heat is forecast this afternoon. Those spending
extended time outdoors and not acclimated to the early season heat
could be susceptible to heat related illness if not taking proper
heat precautions. A Heat Advisory is in effect this afternoon and
early evening for Atascosa, Dimmit, Frio, Maverick, and Zavala
Counties.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Isolated severe storms are possible across portions of the
northern Hill Country into Central Texas Friday afternoon into
evening. Large to very large hail and damaging wind gusts are the
primary threats. An isolated tornado can`t be ruled out.

An early season heat wave continues Friday through Monday with
the hottest temperatures projected to be on Sunday. Those spending
extended time outdoors and not acclimated to the heat could be
susceptible to heat related illness if not taking proper heat
precautions, such as drinking plenty of water and taking frequent
breaks out of the sun and heat. Heat Advisories and/or Warnings
are likely for most areas.
