This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for South-Central Texas..

.DAY ONE...Today And Tonight.

A round, possibly two, of strong to severe storms and locally
heavy rainfall is possible into Friday morning and again later
Friday as storms arrive from out of the north-northwest. Main
hazards include damaging winds, large hail, and isolated
flooding.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

The potential for strong to severe storms, and locally heavy
rains continue at times into the weekend.

Heat will intensify next week to where Heat Advisories may
become needed across portions of the region mid to late week.

Spotters are encouraged to submit reports from any storms into
this weekend.

...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of southwestern
Williamson, northwestern Hays, northwestern Travis, northeastern
Blanco and southwestern Burnet Counties through 900 PM CDT...

At 814 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Cypress Mill, or 9 miles southeast of Round Mountain, moving east at
30 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Austin, Cedar Park, Marble Falls, Dripping Springs, Round Mountain,
Anderson Mill, Leander, Lakeway, Lago Vista, Bee Cave, Granite
Shoals, Horseshoe Bay, Hudson Bend, The Hills, Johnson City,
Meadowlakes, Bear Creek, Spicewood, Barton Creek, and Cypress Mill.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
