A few of these storms may be strong or locally severe with gusty winds, small hail and torrential downpours. Due to wet grounds from previous rains, any heavy rain could lead to minor flooding of urban and low-lying areas. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Monday Strong storms are possible late Tuesday into Tuesday night. The primary hazards will be gusty winds in the evening over central Wisconsin, and heavy rain for all areas.
