* WHAT...East winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast Kentucky, southeast Ohio, and
  northeast, southeast, southern, and western West Virginia.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
