This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Western and Central Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will develop in
the afternoon and move through the area. There is a Marginal risk
for severe storms across northern and far eastern portions of the
area, with the main threat being damaging wind. Strong downdrafts and
outflows will be likely (70%) with any storms that develop. Warm temperatures
will lead to increasing snowmelt with river flooding the only
concern.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Dry and breezy conditions will lead to elevated fire weather
concerns, although the threat will be more limited due to widespread
greenup across the area.
