...Wintry Conditions expected late this Evening through Friday
Morning...

A rain and snow mix is expected to turn to all snow and increase
in intensity late this evening across the Anchorage area and
Matanuska Valley as another front from approaches the area.

This will create slick travel conditions overnight through Friday
morning, especially for higher elevations. Snow accumulations for
this next front should bring 1 to 3 inches at sea level, with 3
to 6 inches above 1000 feet. The snow is expected to taper off by
late Friday morning as the front weakens.
