...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT SUNDAY
NIGHT TO 9 AM CST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 10 expected north of I-10
  and as cold as 15 south of I-10.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Alabama, northwest
  Florida, and southeast Mississippi.

* WHEN...From midnight Sunday Night to 9 AM CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
  is exposed to these temperatures. Wind chill values can lead to
  hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...If confidence increases in wind chills below
  15 degrees along the immediate coastline, an Extreme Cold Warning
  may be needed for dangerously cold wind chills.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while outside working or at area bus stops. Wear
appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves with multiple layers.
