...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties,
  Benton, Carroll, Crawford, Franklin, Madison, Sebastian and
  Washington AR and Oklahoma, including the following counties,
  Adair, Choctaw, Haskell, Latimer, Le Flore, Pushmataha and
  Sequoyah.

* WHEN...Through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Scattered showers and storms are expected from southeast
    Oklahoma into northwest Arkansas in association with an area
    of low pressure aloft. The environment will support highly
    efficient rainfall producers, so pockets of locally heavy
    rainfall which could lead to flash flooding are possible as
    the system tracks northeast across the area from today into
    Tuesday morning.
