Scattered thunderstorms will continue into this evening, primarily for parts of southeast Oklahoma and west central Arkansas. Storms will likely expand in coverage from late evening into the overnight hours primarily across western Arkansas into southeast Oklahoma. Severe weather is unlikely, however locally heavy rainfall may lead to nuisance ponding of water and minor flooding. Be mindful of low water crossings in the hilly terrain. Additionally, patchy fog may develop across portions of northeast Oklahoma with visibilities lowered through sunrise. SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT...
