The National Weather Service in Flagstaff has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  The Pipeline Fire scar west of Highway 89 in...
  Coconino County in north central Arizona...

* Until 1215 AM MST.

* At 911 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain over the Pipeline Fire scar west of Highway 89. Between
  0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts
  of 0.25 to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash
  flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
           flash flooding in and around the Pipeline Fire scar west
           of Highway 89.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of areas in and around the
           Pipeline Fire scar west of Highway 89.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Timberline, Hutchison Acres, Wupatki Trails, Pine Mountain Estates,
  Schultz Pass, Inner Basin and Kachina Peaks Wilderness.

This includes U.S. Highway 89 near mile marker 424...and between mile
markers 428 and 430.

This includes the following recreation areas and campgrounds...
Lockett Meadow Campground and Locket Meadow Campground.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Flash flooding is occurring or imminent downstream of the Pipeline
Fire scar, including Timberline, Wupatki Trails, and Fernwood. People
are advised to shelter in place. If outdoors, get to high ground and
do not enter drainages.

Do not enter flooded roads.

THIS EVENING FOR COCONINO COUNTY...

At 753 PM MST /853 PM MDT/, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms
were weakening. Heavy rain that fell earlier across the warned area
produced between 2.0 and 3.0 inches in about and hours. As a result,
flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
         normally dry washes and roads.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Grand Falls and Wolf Crossing.

This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers...
  Little Colorado River and San Francisco Wash.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Flooding of washes and creeks will occur, some dirt roads will become
muddy and impassable.

* At 749 PM MST /849 PM MDT/, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms
  producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2.5
  inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to
  0.75 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is
  ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
           flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           normally dry washes and roads.

  Mainly rural areas of Coconino County.
