...STRONG GUSTY WEST WINDS IN THE MOUNTAINS AND DESERTS INTO THIS
AFTERNOON...
...GUSTY NORTHEAST WINDS LATE TONIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY MORNING ALONG
AND NEAR COASTAL MOUNTAIN SLOPES AND BELOW PASSES AND CANYONS.

.Strong offshore flow this morning will weaken this afternoon with
the flow turning offshore and strengthening late tonight and
Tuesday.

...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO NOON PST
WEDNESDAY...

The National Weather Service in San Diego has issued a Wind
Advisory...which is in effect from midnight tonight to noon PST
Wednesday. The High Wind Watch is no longer in effect.

* Winds...Areas of northeast winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 55
  mph developing late tonight and Tuesday along and near coastal
  mountain slopes and below passes and canyons with the winds less
  widespread and not quite as strong for Tuesday night into
  Wednesday morning.

* Timing...Strongest winds Tuesday morning.

* Location...Coastal-mountain slopes, inland Orange County, and
  the Inland Empire below the Cajon and Banning Passes.

* Impacts...Difficult driving conditions due to gusty cross winds
  and possible debris on roadways.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory means that winds of 35 mph are expected. Winds
this strong can make driving difficult...especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
