Up to 2 feet at the higher elevations. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...A portion of central California. * WHEN...From 1 AM Thursday to 4 AM PST Friday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
