Rip currents can pull swimmers and surfers out to sea. Waves can wash people off beaches and rocks, and capsize small boats nearshore. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Southerly swell combined with abnormally high tides of 7.0 to 7.6 feet will bring the potential for minor coastal flooding in low-lying areas each evening.
