Winds will remain breezy overnight in the high country, but should fall below high wind criteria by midnight for almost all locations. The northern mountains, especially the Park Range and Medicine Bow Range, will see light snow develop this evening and continue through Wednesday afternoon. A few inches of accumulation may make conditions slick on Rabbit Ears Pass and Cameron Pass. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday Strong winds return Wednesday afternoon into Thursday morning, with gusts up to 70 mph possible at times across the high country. Wind-prone areas could see gusty winds as well along the foothills. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight. $$
