This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central
Colorado.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Snow showers will continue across the mountains today, with the
heaviest snow near the northern border this morning. Showers will
increase again this evening, again heaviest north of Berthoud
Pass. Additional snowfall today and tonight will be 6 to 12 inches
around Rabbit Ears Pass, with 2 to 6 inches over the rest of the
mountains and lighter amounts in the valleys. On the plains,
scattered rain showers are expected, mainly north of Denver this
afternoon.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

Periods of snow showers are expected over the high country
through Sunday. The snow will mostly be light and any travel
impacts will be limited to the higher passes after dark.

Another weather system will bring snow to the mountains Sunday
and Monday, with a mixture of rain and snow along the I-25
corridor Sunday night through Monday. Overall, precipitation is
expected to be light. There is a chance of a moderate snow in the
Front Range mountains and foothills Sunday afternoon and again
Monday afternoon. Hazardous travel conditions in the mountains are
possible after dark late Sunday into early Monday, and perhaps
again after dark on Monday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
