* AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zones 238, 242, 244, 248, 249,
  250 and 251.

* TIMING...For the Red Flag Warning, from 10 AM this morning to
  8 PM MDT this evening. For the Fire Weather Watch, from
  Wednesday afternoon through Wednesday evening.

* WINDS...Northwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 14 percent. On Wednesday, as low
  as 11 percent.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be favorable for rapid fire spread.
  Avoid outdoor burning and any activity that may produce a
  spark and start a wildfire.

This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central
Colorado.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Elevated to critical fire conditions will be in place today with
the most critical areas across northern areas of the plains. Wind
gusts from 35 to 45 mph will occur with up to 50 mph near the
Wyoming border. There also could be some blowing dust mainly north
of a Fort Collins to Fort Morgan line.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Much warmer temperatures along with a high potential for record
warmth can be expected for Wednesday through Saturday. In
addition, fire danger will will remain elevated to critical
as well through Saturday.
