CENTRAL KENT COUNTY...

At 534 AM EST, a dangerous snow squall was located over Bowers, or 11
miles southeast of Dover, moving southeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Intense bursts of heavy snow. Gusty winds leading to
blowing snow and rapidly falling visibility. Wind gusts
up tp 40 35 mph.

SOURCE...Radar and webcams.

IMPACT...Travel will become difficult and potentially dangerous
within minutes.

Dover, Camden, Cheswold, Bowers, Woodside, Hartly, Rising
Sun-Lebanon, Rising Sun, Hazlettville, Dover Base Housing, Big Stone
Beach, Dover Speedway, Wyoming, Frederica, Kenton, Magnolia, Little
Creek, Rodney Village, Kent Acres, and Highland Acres.

* WHEN...For the Extreme Cold Warning, until noon EST Sunday. For
  the High Wind Warning, until midnight EST tonight.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
  Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
