THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR EAST CENTRAL FLORIDA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

.THUNDERSTORM IMPACT...
Isolated lightning storms will be possible during the mid to late
afternoon around Lake Okeechobee, and over Lake County early this
evening, due to expected interactions between local sea and lake
breeze boundaries. Cloud to ground lightning strikes and ponding
from slow moving downpours will be the main storm threats today.

.RIP CURRENT IMPACT...
The presence of a small but persistent long period ocean swell will
produce a moderate threat for dangerous Rip Currents at the central
Florida Atlantic beaches today. The threat will be highest between
1230 PM this afternoon and 630 PM early this evening due to tidal
effects. Check with your local beach patrol for more information
about ocean hazards, and always swim within sight of a lifeguard.
Never swim alone.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY.
The risk for dangerous Rip Currents is expected to remain elevated
through mid week.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
Spotter activation will not be needed today.
