...HIGH RISK OF RIP CURRENTS FOR GULF COAST BEACHES...
...COLD TEMPERATURES POSSIBLE ACROSS INTERIOR SOUTHWEST FLORIDA...

This hazardous weather outlook is for South Florida.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

Rip currents: There is a high risk of rip currents along the Gulf
Coast beaches and a moderate risk of rip currents along the East
Coast beaches.

Wind: Breezy N to NE winds and elevated seas will create
hazardous boating conditions today across the offshore Gulf waters
and tonight across Atlantic waters.

Temperatures: Cold temperatures are expected across interior South
Florida this morning with wind chill values in the low/mid 40s west
and southwest of Lake Okeechobee.

Waves: Seas of 5 to 7 feet may be hazardous to mariners.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

A high risk for rip currents is expected along the East Coast
starting Tuesday.

Elevated winds will create hazardous boating conditions across
the Atlantic waters Tuesday through Thursday.
