Isolated storms are possible early this evening, otherwise dry conditions are expected until Thursday. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday... A Flood Watch is in effect for portions of central Georgia and the Atlanta metro from Thursday morning until early Saturday. Several rounds of heavy, tropical rainfall will be possible Thursday and Friday. Widespread rainfall amounts of 2-4" are expected with locally higher amounts of 5" or more. Flash flooding and some riverine flooding will be possible Thursday and Friday. Daily thunderstorm chances will continue through most of next week. A few storms could become strong to severe and bring the risk for heavy rainfall, gusty winds, and frequent lightning. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
