This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North and Central Georgia.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight...

Ongoing showers this morning will give way to scattered showers
and thunderstorms this afternoon, mainly across western portions
of the area. Abundant rainfall the last 24 hours North of I20 and
along and west of I75 will allow for possible isolated flooding
with developing activity later this afternoon. In addition to the
heavy rain, strong storms will also be capable of producing gusty
winds and frequent cloud to ground lightning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday...

Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms are
expected daily through the week. A few strong storms will be
possible with gusty winds, frequent lightning and locally heavy
rainfall.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not requested but spotters are encouraged
to submit reports of severe weather through the web by going to
weather.gov/atlanta.
