This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north and central Georgia.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight...

A Dense Fog Advisory is in effect for portions of north Georgia
through 9 AM. Visibilities of less than a mile will make for
hazardous driving conditions. Please leave ample space between
yourself and other drivers.

Isolated thunderstorms will be possible across central Georgia
this afternoon and evening. A severe storm or two will be
possible. A Marginal Risk (Level 1 of 5) is in place across far
east central Georgia. Primary threat will be a damaging wind gust
of up to 60 mph.

A Freeze Warning is in effect for portions of north Georgia
Sunday night through early Monday morning. Please protect any
sensitive vegetation and outdoor pipes.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday...

The first widespread hard freeze of the season is expected Monday
night and Tuesday morning. A Freeze Watch is in effect. This
event will impact all of north and central Georgia. Please protect
any exposed pipes and bring in sensitive plants.

* WHAT...For the Dense Fog Advisory, expect areas to experience
  visibilities of less than 1 mile. For the Freeze Warning Sunday
  Night to Monday morning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 28
  possible across the warning area. Lower temperatures will be
  possible in the higher elevations of northeast Georgia. For the
  Freeze Watch Monday Night into Tuesday Morning, sub-freezing
  temperatures of 20-27 across all of north and central Georgia.
  Even lower temperatures in the elevated areas of northeast
  Georgia. A widespread hard freeze is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast, and northwest
  Georgia.

* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 9 AM EST this morning.
  For the Freeze Warning, from 1 AM to 10 AM EST Monday. For the
  Freeze Watch, from Monday evening through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor

Some patchy dense fog will restrict visibilities to less than
one mile across parts of north and eastern Georgia. The fog
should lift after 9 AM.

If driving this morning, slow down, use low-beam headlights and
leave extra distance between you and the vehicle in front of you.
