This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North and Central Georgia.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight...

Scattered showers and thunderstorms will develop in the region
this afternoon and linger into this evening. A couple of storms
could be severe with damaging winds as the main hazard. Though the
risk is lower, large hail or a brief tornado can`t be entirely
ruled out in central Georgia.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday...

Isolated non severe thunderstorms are expected in northern Georgia
Wednesday afternoon. Additional shower and thunderstorm activity
is expected between Friday and Monday. Thunderstorms should be
most widespread between Friday afternoon and Saturday morning. At
this time the risk of severe weather on any given day remains low.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
